Handle Bars

I am going to buy some new handle bars to replace my stock 400 bars. I don't really want to buy expensive bars, just something stronger than stock. I also want some bars that are taller. I stand up a lot and the stock bars are too low. I really don't know the difference between the bars such as cr high, cr low, atv, rm, yz...etc.

is the atv bend higher than the 400ex bend?
