After I filed a complaint with Paypal he sent me a box containing A rear sprocket,$ bolts , And some things I can't Identify.

Good Luck, This happened to Dldaniels before it happened to me so it does seem to be a pattern. I just waited to see if I was gonna get a box of parts or a box of crap. Maybe someone who has dealt with someone like this will have some good advice .

call the local police and ask them. I had one transaction on ebay that was taken care of that way. its a binding contract.

Why don't you let a cop open it up for you? Just sign for it and take it to your local Police Station and explain what's going on. I'm sure you could get your money back then.
