My 450r carb do the same thing in my 400ex...

My 450r carb run perfect when the motor is warm....

When he's hot, Idle is fine but when I push the gas JUST A LITTLE (the needle is still down), it die... If I pump the throttle, no problem..... only when It Idle a while, and i gentlly push the gaz, it die... I tried with a 48 and 50 pilot jet with the fuel screw and the bike didn't want run fine...

However, the bike doesn't die when my fuel screw setting was lean, the bike "pop" but don't die... So, i'm tinking to buy a smaller pilot jet, I'm going to order a 45 pilot jet...

Buy a bunch of pilot jet and try everything with the fuel screw.......

This carb suck, never seen that!

It sounds like dirt in your pilot jet or possibly the main. I would pull the carb apart and clean it first.
