Ive got a bone stock 06 450r with the exception of a full big gun race series exhaust. Anyone have any sugestions on the proper jet settings in order to keep my air box lid on.

Start at a 145 main. That should be close.

check out the dyno section of the site, it has some 06 info in there. you will also need to tell us if you will be running an open airbox and aftermarket filter.

you might not be able to leave your air box on i got a full system lrd and when i was trying to get it it would not run right and buy the time i got it to run right i was almost at the stock setting and it wasnt getting me anymore power. so i got an ehs lid and i run a 170 main.

take the lid off and run a 190

Go around 165 and remove the lid and do an outerware!!!!My quad woke right up with out the lid!And i went mud bogging and it was fine!I ride a 2stroke with similar set up and no airbox at all and its fine!!!

wow now thats funny...:D ...but all pappy was saying was that he hasnt seen a shop know the right setup, he wasnt calling them or you a d!ck

Its usually the dealer ships. There more of a bolt on store. Go to a performace shop before a dealer.
