Need computer help

Got a new 128 video card and when scrollingdown an internet page it goes really slow and its really choppy. any ideas?

Try downloading the latest video drivers... If that doesn't work, do a search for your video card on a search engine to see if other people are having problems and what the fix might be?

I can't see that being a video card issue... a webpage is so low tech it's not funny. Try cleaning up your computer, defrag, clean up temp files etc.

If his computer didnt have problems before he put in his new video card, I would say it definitely would be a video card issue.
