So i got my yoshi pipe yesterday and im in the process of installing it.

They claim that you need to drill a hole for a rivet...is that standard on a yoshi?

I JUST PUT MINE ON YESTERDAY AND I DIDNT HAVE TO PUT ANY RIVETS IN IT. I JUST PUT IT ON AND RODE IT. NO NEED TO PUT IN THE RIVETS..OR SCREWS.

If you have the RS-3 stainless full system, I had to drill mine also.

i have the R3-3 stainless and i had to drill 2 holes and put the rivet like things in and put the clamps over top of em. it holds good but is a real pain in the ***** to get it off.

well, i fitted it up it up today and i found that the rivets were useless. Even before i used the pipe clamps, there was virtually no play. The rivets just seem like an exhaust leak waiting to happen.

thats exactly what i thought...mine fit perfect so i said screw the rivets and didnt put them in
