I don't really want to play a guessing game when I know that alot of you guys probably have a similar setup so could someone please help me out with where a good place to start is...What size jets should i use in the 400 ex that is listed in my sig, with the addition of a bore to 416, JE10.8 piston, a hotcam stageI, and a k&n powerlid. I ride mostly trails, ground freestyle, and dunes.

I would try like a 165 MJ and a 42PJ. i am running a 178mj and a 45pj in my 426, but had a 168 in it before i switched to race fuel so iwould think a 165 should be about right.

I've got a JE 416 10.8:1, Uni with opened up airbox (no snorkel), WB E-Series slip-on, HC stage 2.

I'm running a 42 pilot and a 175 main.

i startd off w/ a 170 main in mine then had to drop down to a 165. ive got a 416 11:1 wiseco w/ yoshi/filter/and airbox jets. w/ the 170, when accelerating, at about mid throttle, it would act like it was hitting the rev box. therefore it was running to rich. but since you say that you have a K&N power lid, i would put in the 170 main jet, the directions for the Dyno Jet Kit says w/ pipe, aftermarket filter and no airbox lid to run a 170. hope this helped

that helps alot, from what i'm getting if it is running hot then go up and if it is bogging then go down.
