Did anyone watch Pinks tonight on Speed? It was bike night or something, but those crotch rockets were nice.

I watched it to... to bad the show itself is so gay. Because they have some nice vechiles..... pisses me off when the have a comertial every time they are halfway doun the drag strip.

yeah that guy mike slowe is the number one 60 inch rider, his record was high 7 seconds, he lives up the street from me

500 hp on one wheel is scary

it was kinda cool that they bought a seperate bike, i sure as hell wouldnt lose a 35-40 grand bike

definetly my favorite episode, they cross that finish line so fast its a blur

Anyone know what kind of speeds they were reaching?

180-195 mph

most likely high 7's

before the turbo bikes came out they use to ride the nitrous bikes and they would run low 8's

the bikes they were running were a different class too, they were 60 inch, which are a couple inches longer than stock

thats the only downfall, I wish we could see times and speeds BUT I guess thats what makes it street racing rules

Some of the cars they get on there are really nice, but all the people that race on there have to have a ton of money just to throw away cause I know if I lost my ride on a show like that , I would get divorced and dead all in the same episode.

anyone eltse notice that they where changing clutch parts after every run on them 500hp bikes.

They take the clutch plates off and stick a mini fan in there to cool it down, the reason they needed 25 min between runs

Looked to me like they were also changing out some plates.

I dont doubt it one bit, our harley if we run it at the track we have a 800 dollar clutch in it and it still smokes some of the plates now and then :D

they might of changed plates i dunno, im sure they use the old ones again though
