how do i get the steering stem bushings out of the frame

Get a piece of brass and pound it out with a hammer. I did mine last fall and it was easy.

I'm pretty sure you'll have to either press it out, or use a hammer or something.

if you mean the steering stem bearing, there is a snapring on the top side of the bearing that you take off 1st, then you take a socket or large punch and knock the bearing out of the frame
