Most stock sport quad tires these days are radials so they gotta be DOT approved. Denniskirk.com sales tires like the new 450r & the older raptors. Them are radials. Maybe somebody else will reply with alil more info.

some other tire stores.

rockymountainatv.com
magicracing.com
motosport.com
denniskirk.com

a tire being a radial has nothing to do with being DOT approved. I'm not even sure you can get a DOT approved ATV tire in the states

naw 400ex tires are ohtsu tires, the 450r rear tires are dunlop, same ones that come on the older raptors. the best place to get stock 400ex tires is a local dealer. or a site that sales ohtsu or dunlop tires. the specs of both 450r, and 400ex are 20-10-9 stock.

You have limited yourself in finding the answer to your problem.

What you need to be asking is which car tire will work on my ATV. You will probably have to goto a 12" c series wheel.

I bought a set of Kenda Speedracers for my ATK they are sweet looking! This is the ebay item #'s for the 1's I got ( 7965713509- fronts 21x7x10, 7965711579- rears 21x10x8 ) to fit my C series wheels. The only problem w/ the trailer tires from what I was told is that they wont fit atv wheels. Another thing is that the Speedracers are not DOT approved they are E-marked for European roads, which is the same as DOT approval, I couldn't find any tires for atv's in the states DOT approved because atv's aren't treated as another mode of transportation here in the states. I talk to Kenda & the Speedracers are not even available in the states. It took me about 3 months to get my tires. Hope this helps everybody!!!
