You can fit Silver lake in the same area as 2 dunes @ Little Sahara. If I was going to drive from Nashville I would goto Little Sahara.

BTW: I have been to both. 6hrs to Silver Lake and 14hrs to Little Sahara.

Silver Lake. I live in Michigan, been to Silver about five times now. Alot of different riding for everyone. 450 acres of dunes, trails, and mud holes. I don't think I've seen It all. Open form april 1st to oct 31st. the best time to go is before memoiral day weekend and after labor day weekend. A vouchter is requider for this weekends and weekends in between this times. The place is packed on them weekends. during the week it is not crowded at all and the weekends before and after are pretty good. The dunes change alot one weekend good jumps the next no jumps. orv ($16.25)and statepark($24 year or $7 day) stickers requiered. want more ifo PM me. Opening weekend is the 1st I'll be there.

If they are the same distance then I would choose Little Sahara, hands down. Silver is Lake is fun, but if you go on a weekend, you will need a voucher to get in the joint. Silver Lake is getting kind of expensive to ride too, as well as their sparky and noise rules. Silver Lake is 7 hours from me, but I am driving 13 hours to Little Sahara this year! Next month to be exact.
