I am in Texas and don't know any MX tracks in AR. But you might try posting on the www.ahscs.com website. It is an XC series but surely someone could point you in the right direction.

Donaldson is the only one i am familiar with in arkansas i have never been but i have friends that have been there

Sundance motocross track south of Ozark. Sundancemotocross.com There is a public motocross track near Russellville, next to the interstate.

Im from conway,arkansas and I race up at sundance motocross which is in Ozark www.sundancemotocross.com and its a very nice track! And sometimes i race up in Heber Springs www.ccmxspeedway.com

It is not Ark but check out TQRA we have average turnout of 160-200 riders quads only. The series races in OK and TX

Where in AR do you live? I used to live just north of Jonesboro,I might be able to help you out.
