Question for TRX450R owners

Hey guys....

I have a question for those who own 2004-2005 TRX450R's and have either upped the rev limit or installed an aftermarket/CRF cam.

Have you guys noticed any valve train wear with these mods?

What mods do you have done?

How long have you been running your setup?

Well I havent taken mine apart that far, but havent noticed any problems at all. I have the HRC Cam, 13.5:1 Piston, Vortex, Sparks Exhaust, Oversized valves, Port work. I have been running this setup for close to a year now and have not had a single problem.

Do you know at what RPM your rev limiter kicks in?

Do you know the specs of the HRC cam?(lift, duration, etc.)

As far as the rev limiter is concerned on the vortex I know its said to increase by about a 1000 or so from stock. You CAN tell a difference though thats for sure, and the ability to have 10 different maps of adjustability is a nice feature.
