I was goning to buy a 06' 450er and was goingo to buy houser +2 a-arms, LSR axle, Douglas back beadlocks, and holeshots all the way around...how well will the stock shocks work with this stuff?:ermm:

they are awesome when their revalved&resprung.GT Thunder did all 3 of mine,i am VERY impressed!
they are decent for just riding around but if you wanna get serious they are perfect when revalved. I just got mine done
the 06 shocks rock dude
the front ones are stiff.. adjusted 1/3 way down they have handled a bunch of rough landings. The back shock is terrific.

ok well...how do you think they will do w/ +2 a-arms on there?

If you go +2 you'll need to get them revalved. Like others mentioned try GT Thunder.

if you don't want a lowered ride height you could try the stock shocks on the +2 arms and see how you like them the 06 shocks are pretty stiff as it is so they may work ok on the +2 arms but if you want the lowered ride height then you could do a triple rate front and a dual rate rear set up.
I think the stock shocks suck! Just my opinion.

after jumping my 87 250r with stock shocks for the last 5 years. the 06 450r shocks are great, im 6' and 205 so maybe the "little stiff" fronts are just right for me. I guess it just depends on what you are compairing it to.
