does '06 plastic mount in the same places or fit at all on an '05. trying to change colors to black using factory plastics.

i dont know... i need a rear black fender for an 06. any ideas on hwere to find a cheap one. i canf find anything on ebay.

yeah they should. they dident change the frame at all.

05 and 06 are the same, just bolt up the new stuff and go. as far as getting it cheap. service honda usually has good prices on their stuff, but retail on is is like $105 for the rear, and $73 a side for the front.

I asked the guy at the local honda dealer that a few days ago and he said it would fit. but i wonder how much the headlight assy. would be tho.....

thanks for the info, i ordered the plastics today from the local honda shop, fronts 70 ea. rear 100.

this seller on ebay keeps dropping his prices every other week.im waiting for it to go a little lower and im gonna get the black plastics for my 05.

yes they will fit an older ex.

ebay has them just type in "400ex plastics" and they are $89.00 oem from a factory store.$40 shiping though all colors
