Where can I find the outerwear llid cover?? I don't want the EHS because they are $90 you have to buy a whole new lid for the 06. I just want the outerwear cover I heard it was like $20. Anyone????

Nasty, I was one of the first ones to get the Outerwears for the 06' I had called them late last year and they took my name and number and said they would call when one was ready. really impressive customer service. Great product and fits well with a little modification to the airbox.

i called pro-tec, they have a 06 lid with outerwears cover -similar to the ehs lids - but i was hoping they'd be a little cheaper. they are 85.95..a few bucks cheaper than the ehs. just another option

It was like 40$, you can call them directly with the number on their website. They will sell to consumers.

Be forewarned you will have to modify your airbox to make it fit though. I didn't want to hack on my airbox so I just ordered the EHS one, but I understand where you're coming from if money is tight.

how much "hacking" is required for the outerwears cover ? if anyone has a few pics of what they did. I have an outerwear for k and n but was thinking the outerwear cover would keep everything from entering the airbox
