OUCH!!! Kinda hard to see, but what I can see doesnt look too pleasant.

the crush washer and below sure don't look like one day of riding. The top looks kinna to light colored to me. thats just me though. it has a more white color to it. Some people have a prefrence of what they like there plug color to be. i'm not saying its not right, it just don't look right to me. its close though.
