I say the second one since it is simpler and cheaper. You need an air supply and an impact wrench though. After removing the center flywheel bolt, grease up the threads of the puller bolt and insert it into that same hole. Tighten the bolt with the impact gun until the flywheel pops off, very simple.

The second picture looks like the one for the 400EX. Just make shure you buy the one for your bike.

first one is like 450r and the second is like a 400ex. they are not the same and they only be used on the bike they are made for. they are just differnet setups. 400ex is simlper because the flywheel sticks out past the end of the crank and you just run a bolt in and it pushes the flywheel away from the crank. but on a 450 r the crank sticks out past the fly wheel so first you screw on the bigger bolt that has a hole it in so it sticks out farther than the crank and it then you run another bolt through the first bolt and that pushes on the crank and pushes the fly wheel off. its simple once you see it but its not the easest to under stand unless you have seen both.
