I've only dealt with him once, but he responded to PMs quickly, provided all the necessary information, shipped the next day and provided a tracking number immediately.
When the parts (tires) arrived, they were exactly as described, he didn't misrepresent them at all.
For the most part, I hate buying used parts from people, but I'd deal with Pismo Local again in a heartbeat.
