I need ball joints for a pair of a-arms they are RPM +2's(I believe), but RPM doesn't list them on their site. So I want to know if all a-arms have standard screw in ball joints or what. Here is some pics, the inside measurement is 17.32mm or 0.681inch. Any help would be appreciated. I'll try and get a thread gauge so I can check that too.

The most common size is 16mm (.628"). If I remember right I think RPM had there own ball joints made. You should give them a call.
