06 FCR on 04/05

Like the title says. Has anyone tried fitting the FCR off an '06 onto a '04/'05?

Maybe the CRF carb off the dirt bike fits with a few mods. So maybe if the 06 450r carb is the same as the fcr on the dirt bike you could do the same mods to get it to fit? IDK? call someplace like ECA they would know.

Where can you get your hands on a 06 450r carb most people want to keep them?

The 06 carb willnot fit unless you do alot of modifications!

The fitment is not correct and the 06 carb doesn't have a hotstart..
