Sparks agressive drop in cam, its a really good bottom to mid cam. If you like grunt off the bottom its a good choice but it doesn't have much of a top end.

i run an 04 crf cam in my 450.. i like it alot, it seems to improve on mid to top

I am going to try the HotCam sg2 this year, I have heard alot of good things about it. I will be racing XC so i think the gains from the cam will help alot.

i was thinking about the hrc cam i have a buddys bike at my house with the kit in it and i like the way it runs, but i cant bring my-self to spend 260 for the kit and all i want it the cam.

I agree! But actually, it's just an 02 CRF cam. You can get it for $165 shipped to you from www.servicehonda.com

I have the 02' CRF cam, and yes it pullllllllllllllllllllllls hard from the bottom right to mid. Top end can't be that bad, I keep up with my buddies piped, jetted, cammed YFZ.

I only paid $125 shipped from Jeff @HidyHonda-best bang for my buck yet.

me and my son's 04 and 05 have a cam made special from hot cams.even though we have the baldwin fcr's. our quads don't have the response as my daughters 06 has but when it hits it goes boom, and you better be leaning forward. hot cams is waiting for our friend to get his 06 kicker and they are going to do some testing with it and set him up with a cam of his own. you can't go wrong with the hot cam. it made my hrc kit seem like a stock bike.

You can't get them but its a custom ground cam from sparks for john natlie. I will tell you how it is.
