View Full Version : Elka rear shock and Linkage for 04/05 450r

I am selling an almost new elka rear shock with single piece elka linkage. I bought the shock at the beginning of 2005 brand new from elka, as well as the linkage. Has probably less then a years ride on it.
Setup for a 240lb rider, mx, and for the elka link

The bottom of the link has had the powder coat removed from riding, but nothing is wrong with the shock or link.
I am selling because i need a new swing arm and bought a Walsh Saviour set up, so i required a longer shock.

I am open to resonable offers right now, and i will get some pictures when i get home from work tonight.

Standard Travel or Long Travel? Compression Adjustable? Rebound adjustable? How much you asking? Can you pm me?

This is a rear shock, with the long travel it has a longer travel then the stock shock, but it doesn't have as much travel as the dual link set up.

I am open with a price right now, i have a price in mind but i want to see what people would offer me for this set up.

the linkage.
The powder coated is rubbed off because a lot of our tracks are sand with deep ruts. The elka link just draged in the sand causing the powder coat to rub off.
There are no major scraps or dents in the link.

Does anyone know off hand on what this set up cost right now??

I remember paying about 1700 Canadian for this set up which is about 1400 American. If this is still the case i was looking around the $700-800 USD mark so you would save about $600 USD.
