I'm running Hydro Dynamic +2 arms on my Rappy. I am VERY impressed with the quality and fit of them. They seem very well made as well.

If you wanna get serious about motocross, go with the long-travels. I have Gibsons +3+1's and I love them. As far as swingarm, I'm running an +1 7/8 RPM swingarm that I like very much.

I'm going to have to second Rice on the HDUSA or Ishock front end suspension kit. Absolutely love it!

Make sure you focus on the rear shock as well...I've learned just how important they are!! That is next on my list. I am gong to have my 400ex rear shock revalved...

Just depends on the money you want to spend. If you're on a budget I'd definentely say burgard. If not go Lonestar or another top name.

How much are you wanting to spend? And keep in mind, you better get some good suspension, more important than the prettiest aarms.
