Im so excited, other than I own a pos cell phone, well I just got a message today from yesterday, from the Sherriffs department on my cell phone. He wants me to call him asap, and said he had some news for me. Didnt give me details, but the only reason the cops ever got my cell phone # was when I gave them it when my 400ex got stolen... so yall know what im thinking..maybe they got it, omg i hope so. Im so excited, I mean why else would they call my cell at 10 30 in the morning knowing im 16 and go to school? How else would they get my cell phone number too btw? LMK what you guys think, im so excited

But wouldnt my cell phone number be in the files with my quad being stolen. Because the phone isn't in my name, and I gave it to them the morning it was stolen, and thats the only time ive gave it to them. I cant help but be excited you guys, I'm calling them from school tomorrow
they could have found parts of it..here and there...it could be a pile of junk now...rolled off aof a 100ft cliff, but still found...don't get your hopes up bro

You guys, I worked so hard for and on this quad... I cant help but get my hopes up. I worked and worked for that quad, and then spent so much time and money on it, and then some lowlife just snatched it up and thought he was cool. I know im gonna be sad and depressed :( if they dont have anything but i cant help but get my hopes up

thats probably what theyre calling about. I know its hard to do but dont get your hopes up, because it could be parts and a piece of junk....or it could be in great condition. Tell us how it goes.

I had a dirtbike stolen once and it wasnt fun. I got it back eventually so I'm hopeing the same for you.

you may be getting it back but just to warn you ahead of time it is going to be a pos. if they ever even rode it themselves, then they probably beat the piss out of it and i doubt they ever changed the oil. dont get to excited, cause even if you get it, its probably completely trashed

i get it, but the parts you get back will be better off going in the scrap pile...if 5% are even recognizable, let alone useable, you will be lucky. the bike will not be the same. i would be surprised if they found anything that can be salvaged. it would not be like getting your parts back, it will be like getting a pile a scrap
but there is always the possibility that the bike is in the same condition as when it was stolen.

hope ya get it back......like u said only a lowlife would still somebodys quad. to put all that time and hard work into something and then some retard tryin to make some money goes and steals it. if somebody stole my 400 i would probly cry then get a 2*4 or something and go lookin for em.

it wont be a pile of chit, it might have gotten beat on and spray painted but if it was sold to some1 chances r its still in good shape

Bad news you guys... well turns out he had to talk about something completely different, rather not talk about it. But he started talking about my 400ex, and said they had some stuff they were checking into, and that they got a tip on a bunch of hot quads. Well things dont always go your way, and sh1t happens.
But while on the topic, is there anywhere on the net you can check vins on quads, dirtbikes etc.?

Hes still in jail, but hes on work release. An hes working for us, and he decided that he was gonna clean his act up, hes still had a few months left.

thats good maybe bein locked up is what he needed. took the Navy and a near death experience for my aunt.
