I just finished building my 400ex from nothing, it was wrecked and i replaced the frame. The problem i have is that the thing started up fine when i got it done, but the chain was off, so i was gonna roll it to put the chain on and it will not go into nuetral to roll or roll at all. It wont even roll when I engage the clutch. The sprocket doesnt move either when I rev it up. I was wondering what the heck could be wrong. Could the sprocket be binding???? Tranny problems??? I might have placed something wrong................. any ideas or solutions would help.. Thanks in advance

is your clutch good?
It sounds like sumthin in the gear box if the counter sprocket wont turn or it wont go into gear

I dont know a whole lot bout clutches but it does sound like your clutch is bad. Did you have it apart when you re-did the rest of your bike?

IF you did replace your clutch, the fiber plates and steel plates MUST got together EXACTLY how the shop manual shows.
