I do I have some underarmor pants and shorts i use for hockey. I use them for riding and they work great.

yeah for fast pace riding or racing spandex shorts over your underware is a must. You can get them with gell padded bottom and crotch area that makes for a much better ride

Boxers I have found to be extremely uncomfortable when riding hard. They are fine for cruising around, but for hard riding/racing... they give me a hardcore wedgee. I'm puttin in my vote for underarmor.
