It was snowing 2day and i took the 400 out. I dont know if its just overheating real fast because it was just spinning all day and it is reving high all the time but the POS keeps shutting off on me. If i give it like 10 min. It will start. It will start to die down little by little then just shut. WTF:mad:

No i just checked my jetting. Its fine. The thing is its getting hot from reving up to redline every gear for 15min. Then when i let it sit for like 5-10min, its ok.

Check your gas on/off/res knob, i really dont understand what your saying.

Dont rev it so high, remember you dont need to rev its balls of to change gears. Don't forget this is a air-cooled machine

I don't know what was happening to your fourwheeler, but two weeks ago when it snowed about 16 inches we went ridin. I kept mine pegged at redline in 5th for about 10-15 min without a problem. I'm running stock jetting on mine with a slip on and a filter, since my jet kit didn't have the jet i needed.

Yup, you don't want to be running 20-50 in it. I would run 10-30 or 10-40. Hope you get it running good though.

depending on how cold it is you could be getting carb icing..

but I think you just answered your own question. I'm assuming your hot going 50 mph when redlining this thing in fifth gear.
