what do you need to do to race in so cal?

i am 15 years old and i have an 03 polaris preditor and i want to try racing it. i need a track near me, and i need to know if there is rules and regulations on what you can have on your quad! my preditor has a costom exaust, an air box eliminator by uni, and a whitebrothersracing cdi box. and i was thinking of running nitrus oxide, cause my cousins in wyoming all run it on their preditors, and mine used to have it when my grandpa owned it. but my family rides in dunes so im not sure. any info will help cause i've never raced!
