Rear axle bearing (CAN I DO THIS)?

went riding friday night and the axle bearing went out. had to ride 5 miles to get back. Did i likey do damage beyond just bearing. Can i replace bearing myself without great effort or am i looking at an all day event. I have manual. thanks for any help!!!

its not hard at all. You might have messed up your carrier but you wont know until you rip it all down. The bearing kit and seals is like $30 from C&D.

5 miles...way more than likely you shredded the carrier up, what kind of quad is it?
