250ex will not run

We laid the bike over on its side last weekend. Engine wants to start and run with with choke on, but when choke is shut off ,engine dies and will not start. Took carb apart and cleaned jet and airways thinking something got into jet. SAME PROBLEM
can anyone help??:(

is there an aftermarket exhaust on the bike? the jetting could be wrong. They only other thing i can think of is a dirty air filter:confused:

This is a 04 bone stock 250. The problem does not change with or without filter. Bike ran fine until this am when we tried to start it.

Maybe it fell a little to hard and loosened your carb from the intake or it could have cracked it which is causing it to have an intake leak?

Didn't think about a intake leak. Is there a easy way to check without pulling everything apart?

Man, best way is gonna be to take the intake set up apart. Do a good visual inspection of the air box, air hose, intake and carb. A tear in the air hose would lean it out a bit.
