Hello this year i;m planning on buying a 06 450R and racing in the KORR. haven;t decided if i want to race the whole series or justa couple at a couple different circuits. anyway i don;t know anything about sponsorships, i plan on just goin out there and leaving it out all on the track and just race to the best of my ability. anyway i don;t want to miss a sponsor ship even if its something tiny. anyway how am i goin to know if i scored one or not i mean will they have someone come talk to me or do i have to apply for them i have no idea about any of this so could someone please help me out.

unless you just go out and win pro class in a pro GNC national, nobody is going to be throwing stuff at you.

you will have to win some races, build up a resume. After winning some you can send your resume/application for a sponorship to whatever company you want. most companies have several different levels of sponsorship so they will probably help you out a little. You'll want to talk to each seperate company first and see what they want in a resume, but they will usually want similar things: past race history, how could you well represent thier company, what do you plan on racing next season, etc...

also go by your local honda yamaha, whatever you ride dealership and tell them you race and a lot of them will give you like 10% off or something, nothin big but its a start and it adds up
