That's pretty awesome .... especially when they come around that long sweeping corner , you can really see them drifting .

That takes some serious control, I"ve done it some with my touring cars during practise just to mess around on carpet tracks but on pavement is really hard, I give them props.

you need to make you chassis more rigid by adding tension bars from your diff case to the chassis floor (front and rear)

hard rear tires/ medium front

hard rear springs/ semi hard fronts

short gearing

atleast thats what i remember from reading rccaraction 4 years ago hahaha, they had an article about it

but now, i think hpi racing sells a kit for drifting

if you can change the spring rate on the shocks, tire compound, and gearing, you should be fine

o yah, i forgot to mention you would probably want some thicker shock oil for slower dampening

I just got back from "RC Winter Nationals" tonite, which continues tomorrow, being held at our local track. I will try and get some video of the races and post it up, rc car racing is a fun arse hobby. Ive been doing it for 6 years now and it can be really competitive, but its a blast. www.rctrack.com

the video did make me smile, it was just cool

and well, finding out that my shocks were gonna get made was a happy moment

but i do have a broken tail bone, and cant ride, or ride my mountain bike, or physically demanding right now, maybe it was my mind on a sub-conscious level typing it
