I posted a message a while back that while I was tearing down my 300ex for rebuild, I found a bunch of metal in the bottom of the cases. I took the opportunity at the same time to send my front PEP's for rebuild. Just need to readjust the front suspension, put the PEP's back on it, and put the plastic on. On the dyno, believe it or not, the WB header made better numbers than the Yoshi header. Kept the Yoshi can though.

Anyway, I got the motor and stuff all back together and thought I might post a couple of pics before I finish it up.

By the way, this motor and suspension IS NOT stock!

:D

Just sharing some pics...

Yeah, it spent all day today on a dyno. :D

As far as the Sparks and Yoshi, I cant honestly answer that question. Ive never ran a Sparks Pipe. Ive only ran the WB, Yoshi, FMF, and Big Gun. The best overall numbers that Ive gotten with the porting, carb, cam, valves, and pipe combo that Ive gotten have come NOW with WB header and Yoshi can. The Yoshi header made a little better HP numbers, but the overall power curve was better with the WB header.

I ride woods, so my setup isnt going to be the same as a balls out MX 300.

Thanks for the compliments. I'll post more pics this week when its all back together.
