I know this is not the ideal place for this, but I know my fellow atvriders are some smart fellers.

2003 cr 125, stock except for pipe (and jetting). piston keeps seizing in the cyllinder, five times now, Most recently required a new sleeve. Plenty of oil, good water flow, jetting is fine. Runs great for a while after a new top end, but then just locks up. Plug chop shows good color, no signs of getting hot. It was wheelied into a fence post at one point, cracking the frame, that has been repaired and engine builder says bottom end is perfectly straight and centered, but I have to wonder.
Any ideas as to what the problem might be? Anything I can measure?

What do you mean, mix gas?

Just kidding. The premix is cool. I figure it has to be something either incredibly small and stupid, or the whole darn bike is just possessed.

Maybe it's time to trade it in while the top end is fresh...

Thanks.
