how to tighten chain

I really need to know how to tighten my chain on my 1988 250r?

loosen #35 bolts and rotate the carrier #16 to your liking and retighten the bolts.

Loosen the bolts (4 for 88-89) at the end of your swingarm. Take a screwdriver and stick in the carrier slots and turn it where you want the specific tension on the chain. Then tighten back up the 4 bolts and good to go.
