bayou wont start

I had my bayou runnin just a sec ago.....and now it wont start ....im pull starting it because i keep blowing a fuse when i put it in....does any of the electrical connections under the front plastic matter if im pull starting.

something is shorting out i had the same problem on my ex and the wire from the start button was touching the handlebars. It could be anything ull just have to go through the electrical system.
