is there any way to get internet explorer to auto refresh every 30 seconds???

I dont know about auto refresh, but you can just hit F5 when you want to refresh.

yep, wheeltrax is right the only way i know is F5

is this so you dont have to keep goin out to the forum page and comming back in to see the replys cuz that is wat i used to do but they sayed push f5 so now ill do that

i kno about F5 and ctrl+r does the same thing... lol i just want to be able to lay on the bed and watch tv and just be able to look over and see if there is anything new on the net... lol
