Just a quick question Rob.....
How little air pressure can you run in the rear tires without rolling the bead?

That is one awsome little THUMPER:macho !!!!!!!

3-D Racing Dad
We run 3-5 lbs. of air in the tires and have never had any problems with blowing one off the bead.

DJ,
Yes this is a new Engine build for this year. I have found a couple more HP and a ton more torque with this new build.

theTman,
You will have to wait a little longer than that. We will be in Virginia for the Nationals that weekend. We may make it to the Capeway race the following weekend though.

Rob that is 1 sick Mini. Good job. And by the way thanks alot my son walked in just as the picture poped up and I had to poke his eyes back into his head. The only thing he said was. " Will you make my Honda look like that." " You think I'm fast now,I'll really fly on that Honda.:D Kids! But keep up the good work and good luck on the 06 season.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone. LOTS of time and money spent on this one. We cant wait to get it out on the race track. Robbie was riding it this past weekend at our practice track and he tells me its WAY faster than last year. The changes to the shocks and engine seem to be working VERY good.

robb I was just wondering why do you run works shocks on all of your bikes. When I showed dad robbies honda he sead we need one of those lol

ROBBSRACING
03-10-2006, 05:26 AM
We have been running Works shocks on our bikes since Robbie started racing. They have been VERY supportive of him over the years. They can build as good a shock as anyone. IMO. Sometimes there not perfect when you first get them, but if you can tell them what they are doing wrong, they will get it fixed. It took a little while to get the shocks dialed just rite for the TRX, but they are where they need to be now and we could not be happier with them.

Hey Rob, can you fill us in on any changes to the frame on the 06?

I have not had one stripped down, from just looking I could not see any thing that jumped out at me.

ROBBSRACING
03-11-2006, 06:33 AM
Pappy,
If you were looking at Robbies for changes you wont see any.
Thats because his is an 05 with 06 body work on it. No the 06 body DOES NOT bolt rite on. I had to fabricate all new brackets, make a new bolt on front seat latch assembly and rear bolt on gas tank mount. I also had to make a few adjustments to the rear seat rubber mounts. It was ALOT of work.

robb just wondering how long would it take you to build another bike exactly like robbies

We have been with Robb's program for the past 3 years. He couldn't be more helpful. He's never been late with a motor and we've never had motor problems. His customer service is top notch - always there for a phone call - even on race day. Wanted to put my 2 cents in with the dissing going on. Dyno sheet aside - look at his riders' results....

Did I miss something here ?

Evana,
It takes about 4-6 weeks for me to get a complete quad done. I run a small shop with only 2 of us doing all the work and most everything is done in house.

Evana13
03-13-2006, 06:47 AM
wow 4-6 weeks thats all I had to wait alot longer than that. Dad was just wondering for future reference lol Thanks

Robb, we recieved the suspension parts today, infact they are in the oven now. I couldnt ask for better service, 2 hours before they roll out for a national he spent 20 minutes with me and still managed to get them shipped. i can barely remember the quad before a race so cudo's to you!

ROBBSRACING
03-25-2006, 05:08 AM
313 Thanks. We were just there for the fall classic. I would imagine we will be going back for the WPSA race.

Pappy. Thanks for the kind words. I wanted to make sure i got everything out before i left for Georgia. I know when i order parts i like to get them as soon as i can. I allways try to ship my stuff the same day or the next whenever possible. Let me know when you get them on. One more thing. I will be making a dual a-arm set up for you XC guys very soon. I have recieved several requests for them lately, so i am working on the new jigs rite now. They will be ready shortly.

Pappy

Excellent news, and we will be using them on Cody's XC quad when you have them available!
