View Full Version : Is a Uni Filter worth it?

I was thinking about replacing the stock foam filter on my KFX400 with a UNI. Is it worth it or should I save my money???

Its gonna breathe better than the stocker and be just as safe.

I say its better and is alot less restrictive then the stock one. I have had one on my past 2 quads with out any complaints.

I was thinking of getting an uni filter too but mine is for a lt230 quadsport. I wasnt sure if I will have to change the jetting.

K and N air filters dosn't filter out fine dust and brings into the carb and then into your engine. But it dose add more power then UNI. UNI filters really well. I have one and no complaints what-so-ever.
