if i install a new rev box , will it increase the chance for my motor to blow.

The rev box will make it rev higher than it is designed for. It wont help your engine much though if your relatively stock. Your HP curve is already trailing off hard at your stock limiter. I hear Dyna FS has a nice box nowadays.
