Antifreeze in oil.

I have an 86' TRX 250R and I just rebuilt the bottom end put a new crank in it. I fired in up and decided to change the oil just incase there was anything left in it and the oil was green and thind out I an guessing that the water pump seal is leaking. Has any one ran into this?

ive been there before. That is what i assume it would be.

after changing the oil, ride it a tank of gas keeping an eye on your coolant and then change the oil. if there is coolant in it. you need to replace the mechanical seal.

you will also have to replace the oil seal behind the mechanical seal and possible the water pump ball bearing.
