Anyone got an oil they like for the bike?

What kind and how often should it be changed?

Yamalube 10w30, after every race, or every long trail ride.

The current view is to change your oil every 10 hour of running plus the oil filter.

I use a fully synthetic SHELL ADVANCE VSX 15w-50
