300ex Laeger Steering Stem

I have a pretty much brand new steering stem for a 300ex that i used maybe twice.

looking to get 150 + shipping for it..lmk

is it complete?
does the handlebar clamps come with it?

you can use your stock handlebars and bolt that goes on the bottom..i am pretty sure that its stock length but i will check for you and snap some pictures probably on saturday
