AIR/FUEL mixture

Where do you find the AIR/FUEL mixture screw on a 2001 EX 300
and how important is that for performance how many turns is stock adjustment ? Thanks for your help

air screw should be beyween 1 and 2 turns out from seated. less then one = pilot to lean, more then 2 pilot to rich.

i don't know where it is located on a 300ex carb. it effects idle to just off idle.
