ok, i crashed today pretty hard...what happened was the throtle got (wide open) stuck rite after one of my doubles, and i hit the next double... I cased the next double and pretty much turned a backflip and broke numbers of things...I took everything off that was broke and tried to crank it and when we cranked it it ran wide open and we werent even touching the throtle:huh ...thats where we got lost, so we tried opening up the throtle thing and put WD-40 in it and pumped it a lil, and tried to set te idle on it, no luck yet, anyone have any clue what this could be?

check to see if the carb is in good working order......

ok i got it...long story...but i tightened my idle way too much last week and it broke a lil lever down in the carb and the lil lever was jingling around in there and it got hung under my lever that lets the gas into the carb...so we got the piece out and rigged it a lil and now we are praying all of the other parts come in...

I meant your quad, not just the carb! But if you got your quad back together already, great!

haha...no i havnt gotten the quad back together...lol...G-force is sending me another axle (should be here today)...Bakers Performance ATV is sending me a clutch lever, axle nut, brake pads, and nerfs...(everything from him except the nerfs should be here today) if fverything comes in by today i will be able to race more than likely...if something dont come in but comes in Sat. I will still have a chance to race the race Sunday...so....:ermm:

o yeah and i still have to bend my nerfs back in place witch will be really hard comsidering that they are really old anyways...

I hear ya.....I rebuilt a front end (shocks, arms, spindles, etc) last weekend at 5:45 in the morning just so I could ride!

FYI-Ratchet tie downs work wonders on bent nerfs if you need some extra leverage to get them mounted!

yeah IDK...i mite try that but its just the right side and it is bent downward...:ermm:
