Just finished 2 weeks worth of upgrades on our Kasea 50 & Kasea 90. I should finish putting the finishing touches on them by Friday and be ready to race 2 of our local Spring series this weekend. I will get pictures posted as soon as I can. Here a list of the upgrades:

Kasea 90 before:

1. Clutch recalibration kit
2. Gusseted frame
3. Wheels & tires
4. AC nerf bars
5. AC front bumper
6. Pro Design kill switch
7. Elka shock without ressies
8. Oil injection removed


Kasea 50 before:

1. Clutch recalibration kit
2. Wheels & tires
3. Pro Design kill switch


Kasea 90 after:

1. Hetrick dual a-arms
2. Anti-vibe +2 steering stem
3. Fly Handlebars
4. Factory 909 grips
5. Hetrick exhaust
6. 20mm carb
7. Elka shocks with ressies
8. Koso intake
9. Durablue +4 axle
10. DG front bumper
11. Renthal chain
12. Chain tensioner


Kasea 50 after:

1. Hetrick +2 a-arms
2. AC nerf bars
3. Gusseted frame
4. Oil injection removed
5. Koso intake
6. 20mm carb
7. Elka shocks without ressies (re-sprung from 90)
8. AC front bumper (from 90)

Super nice quad. It sure would be nice if they would always stay that clean but the kids like the mud:D

Thanks guys!! bigdaddy.... I had to was it right before the pics. We have been racing every weekend so I had to take a little time to get it washed and get the pics taken.

Talk about mud, My boy raced the first XC race of the season and it was a mudfest. We washed it some at the track and still spent $ 10 at the car wash. He had alot of fun and came in 3rd place:D

Looks good Coop! You might consider removing the hand lever for the rear brake so he gets used to using the foot lever instead.

I have been contemplating doing that very thing. Thanks for bringing it up. I have been a little reluctant to do it but I guess I will go ahead with it.

It keeps them from getting used to a hand lever that won't be there when they move up :)

great looking quads we took my hand lever off because it caused the rear brake to drag some and it just didn't work that great.
