I was flipping thru Dirt Wheels today when I saw a picture of a COMPLETELY restored 250R. Right away i recognized the picture, sure enough it was Richs R. Anybody else see it?

Thanks guys. :D They're looking for an all stock 250R to thrash and shoot-out with a stock 450R. They'll have to keep looking.:p

That shootout would suck. The 250r in pure stock form is an amazing bike, but nothing special as far as today's out of the box performance standards. If they did a shootout, imo, they would have to give like a $1000 mod budget for each quad, cause that would even the gap. You can improve the performace of a 250r with a little money way easier than any 4 stroke. Stock for stock i would put any amount of money on the 450r. (even though i love the 250r:D )

Ya i just seen that on the ****ter the other night. man that sucker is nice. wish it was mine. i would let them compare it to the newer thumpers. but id say give me a 20k downpayment for when you mess it up and i want the quad back, just a thought.

I have a very modded 250R...with all kinds of money in it....and the outta box 450R is real close if not beats the 250R in some situations......so I agree with A A R O N
