Got X-6 ?

Well I got my X-6 from C&D today, they are now a Sparks dealer. I talked to Colby briefly, he also got one. He said that he was able to get his bolted on last night and that the power increase was amazing. He has a + 1 1/4" swingarm and it has was difficult for him to get the front end up, he says now he doesn't have a problem at all. I should have mine on by tonight and then I have a race tomorrow. I will let you all know what I think.

One question real quick, I didn't get any mounting hardware, was I suppose to?

Whats C and D Website and how much was that pipe?

I dont know how you are gonna ge the stock head pipe mounting brackets on that headpipe.

I would venture to guess you would use the stock hardware. The flange on the headpipe is already on there, so all you would need is to use the stock chrome nuts. Looks as if the rear should be fairly simple as well. The only thing I would say you need to get is a clamp for the header to silencer.

I do think that if we are spending the money with these aftermarket companies, they should at least provide some new hardware. :rolleyes:

Well I got it mounted, I like it alot. I havent been able to ride it yet, but I like the sound of it. I will let you know how it does.

Whats C and D Website and how much was that pipe?
C&D's website is DOWN, DOWN, DOWN. Has been for months according to them. I offered to help them get it up & running again, but sounds like they did not want to pay $$, which I understand, so just call them.
