450r carb mod question

Thanks to westracing I have aquired a 450r carb

I am wondering what carb jetting should I start at, so I don't have to waste a lot of time messin' around w/ different configurations.

I have a yosh pro-comp full exhaust, K&N intake w/ a lot of air going into the box and I ride at under 1500ft ASL...in CT

I will also be putting a xr400 head gasket in, to increase compression.

I would just like to know some other setups w/ this carb. Any ideas or actual experience will greatly be appreciated.

I did some research last week.. i'm going to put my 450r carb into my bike this week-end...

But I will suggest you this setting....

Keep the 48 stock pilot jet, 2 turn out on the fuel screw.
-3rd notch on the needle
- use the same main jet size that you used in your 400ex carb...
